At Liger, we want you and your cats to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please cancel as soon as possible.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty:
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Cancellation takes effect after your current billing cycle
- You can also pause or skip deliveries instead of cancelling
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Damaged products upon delivery
- Wrong items received
- Missing items from your order
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Orders cancelled after shipment
How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and photos of the issue (for damaged/wrong items)
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 3-14 business days.
