We deliver to all states in Peninsular Malaysia with FREE shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Klang Valley: 1-3 business days
  • Other states in Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status from your account dashboard under 'Order History'.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct.

Subscription Deliveries

For subscription orders, deliveries are scheduled based on your selected frequency:

  • Monthly: Delivered every 30 days
  • Bimonthly: Delivered every 60 days
  • Quarterly: Delivered every 90 days
